If the website is used exclusively for information purposes, we collect the following personal data for the purpose of providing the website content you have called up and to ensure the security of the IT infrastructure used, to troubleshoot and to enable and simplify the search on the website Data that your browser transmits to our server:

IP addresses are anonymized after 24 hours at the latest. Pseudonymous usage data is deleted every six months.


2. Interested parties and communication partners

You can send us a request at any time via email to the email addresses published on the website. If you should make use of this option, we will process your e-mail address along with all the information you have provided to us, such as salutation, first and last name and message content for the purpose of exchanging communications.

The legal basis for this is initially your express consent in accordance with Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR and, if applicable, the initiation of a contractual relationship in accordance with Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR.

Inquiries and communication are stored differently depending on their content, but in the absence of a statutory retention period they are deleted immediately after the purpose no longer applies.


3. Applicants for an employment relationship

You can send us application documents by email, post or fax.

Your data required for establishing contact and an application process will be stored for the purpose of carrying out an application process in compliance with the statutory provisions. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 Paragraph 1 lit. b) GDPR and Section 26 Paragraph 1 in conjunction with Paragraph 8 Clause 2 BDSG (implementation of pre-contractual measures).

The following data can be processed by us in the application process:

- Master data (title, first name, surname, possibly date of birth)
- Contact details (address, telephone or mobile phone number, private email address)
- Application data (e.g. profile picture and other documents such as curriculum vitae, cover letter, overall application, certificates).

If you are hired, the data will be transferred to the personnel file.

Information on the storage period can be found in the information on the processing of personal data of our employees.

If an application for a specific job advertisement is unsuccessful, your data will be stored for evidence purposes at least up to six months after completion of the application process for any assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims. If interest is also expressed in other positions, the data will be stored for up to twelve months after the last job offer or the last specific expression of interest.

The provision of the data is not required by law or contract. You are not obliged to provide the data.

However, if the data is not provided, it will not be possible to carry out an application process and, if necessary, to recruit.
